Entry GuidelinesGeneral InfoEnter Now
Packaging is tactile, dimensional, and often experiential—but your digital submission needs to capture all of that clearly. These guidelines will help you present your work in the most compelling way for our online jury review. From system-based brand packaging to limited-edition pieces and structural innovations, the Graphis Packaging Awards recognized excellence across concept, craft, and execution.
Before submitting, be sure to review the technical requirements, credit format, and creative brief instructions to ensure your work is submission-ready.
Entry Types
All entries must be submitted digitally. Judging is conducted virtually, so your submission must clearly communicate the strength and quality of your work through images and descriptions. If your piece has a dimensional or tactile component that is crucial to understanding its design, you may submit a physical sample—but this is optional. Physical entries will not be returned and must be labeled with your name and entry ID.
Single Entry
A standalone packaging design that can represent the full concept on its own (e.g., one product, one label, or one form factor).
Series Entry
A collection of related packaging designs submitted together (e.g., product line extensions, flavor or variant systems, limited edition series). Up to 7 images are allowed. Include a “glamour” shot or “hero” image as your first image.
Video Entry
Use Vimeo or YouTube to submit product unboxing, 3D reveals, or animated brand narratives.
NOTE: Ensure the video remains public and active during judging.

Please ensure all submitted materials meet professional production standards. Graphis reserves the right to exclude any work from publication if final files are not of sufficient quality.
Tip: To streamline the process, we recommend preparing your high-resolution files in advance in the case your entry is selected.
Credits
Credits are submitted during Step 3 of the entry form.
-
Primary Credit should be the agency, company, or individual most responsible for the design.
-
Additional team roles (e.g., Art Director, Designer, Structural Engineer, Photographer) should be included as supporting credits.
-
Please check all spelling—credits will appear in the Annual as submitted.
Creative Brief
The Creative Brief provides judges with important context. Please include a short narrative (150–300 words) addressing:
1. Assignment – What was the design objective or challenge?
2. Approach – How did you solve it? What inspired your creative solution?
3. Results – Was it successful commercially or critically? Any measurable impact?
If AI tools were used in any part of the creative process (e.g., for ideation, rendering, or prototyping), disclose it here with details on your creative direction.
