Otilia-Elena Borș born in Bucharest, in 1968, she is a senior editorial graphic designer, illustrator, caricaturist, digital marketing and graphic artist specialized in all kinds... of publications for children aged between 0 and 18. She studies at the Art Academy in Bucharest, Faculty of Fine Arts and is a member of the Graphic Arts Section of the Union of Visual Artists from Romania.
