Every year Traina challenges ourselves by creating a custom holiday gift that we send to clients. Tea has broad appeal, but the market is dominated by mass-produced, generic products. So we started KETL Tea Company, our own tea brand that exudes authenticity, craftsmanship and quality.
Approach
Over the course of four months, we curated the world’s best loose-leaf teas while crafting the name, messaging, identity, packaging, e-commerce site and vibrant spirit of KETL. And we drank a lot of tea.
Results
Our gift was a smash success with our existing clients and has cultivated quite a number of new clients as a result as well. We are still in the beginning phases of growing the brand itself, but has met with a warm reception within the market thus far.
