BRIEF: To design a report based on “Synthesis”, the theme for 2012. Synthesis is the creation of a complex whole from disparate elements. It also means attitudes, motivations and traits integrated into a composite personality.
SOLUTION: The theme was conveyed in all aspects of the report from the use of colour coding the different sections, to how the report was bound with an exposed spine and die-cut pages. Simplicity was made into a complex whole.
