Inspired by the cuisine in my homeland, Vietnam, this project is about regional differences in Vietnamese cuisine. Vietnam is divided into 3 distinct sections: Northern, Central, and Southern. Each spice has different color to show how different the cuisine is in different regions. I used antique and old paper pattern for the recipe roll to create the feeling that the recipe is passed down for a long time.
