The goal was to take a successful logo mark and create a complete branding system around it.
The process entailed revisiting the original mark to further refine the detail and choose a better color palette. From there the process was design inspiration, a visual audit of the marketplace, decided on a relevant and complimentary type palette, creating secondary and tertiary logos, creating a brand pattern that was consistent with the companies history, developing a complete line of staionary, developing web, watch and social media touchpoints, environmental graphics and signage, packaging and apparel touchpoints and finally transporation touchpoints.
The project was successful because we revealed that the unique history surrounding the land of the vineyard could be used to add interest, intrigue and value to the brand identity. The branding is an interesting visual that leads to talking points about the immense history that surrounds the grounds of the vineyard. In the end, the branding is relevant and complimentary to the company. It adds value.
