The assignment initiated a relaunch of a historic Nashville restaurant that sells Southern comfort food. The restaurant sold favorites such as barbecue, green beans, and of course, their famous homemade pies. The business was established in 1922 in a trolley car that became known as a pie wagon. The customers for this business are Nashville locals and tourists looking for a taste of Nashville's history. The goal of the rebrand was to capture the quaint, hospitable, and traditional personality for a revitalization of this beloved local establishment.
