The client's brief asked this edition of the Annual Report be focused on people in the life of the company. The company believes the people to be the engine and its own core capital. Their presence and their voice should then emerge as the main elements of the publication.
A proper representation has been thought of in order to put employees at the forefront, so that each one had their own space, avoiding a chaotic and uneven impact in the publication. It was also necessary include documentation and data in support of the Annual Report in a modern readable way. Therefore it has been selected a creative concept that would enable to combine text, images, infographics and photos of the protagonists in a mutual dialogue chart.
The Annual Report has received appreciation from employees, customers, stakeholders and has also been short-listed for the FERPI-Oscar di Bilancio for the category Small and Medium Companies Unlisted.
