The Stirling family have been farming the land for many generations. In 2021 they came to us looking for us to develop a brand, and packaging system, as they plan to diversify their business, and explore the market of convenient ready-made meals. Using the latest technology, they can create super fresh dishes for all to enjoy at home, having all been grown, cooked and packaged on their farm.
The Upper Dysart Larder brand is built upon strong industrial typography, using typefaces Silka and Columbia to hint to the heritage of the farm as well as reiterate the fresh ‘no fuss’ approach that sets the brand apart from competitors. Each packaging sleeve and carton includes a dish specific shot, showcasing each dish flavour and ingredients.
The design has been rolled out across 9 products and is due to hit the market in spring 2022. The packaging has already received good feedback from large retail supermarkets looking to stock the product once released.
