The assignment to create an album design focused on typography and support a non-profit organization. The Terra Album is meant to celebrate & protect the earth. This album is created by the Earth Day Organization to raise funds and awareness for environmental relief. The songs are meant to invoke feelings of reflection, gratitude, caring, and action.
Approach
The design of this project was created using both digital and traditional mediums. I hand-lettered the typography in the front panel and illustrated all the floral designs throughout the vinyl. This was all pulled together on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create a cohesive, and unique piece.
Results
The result of Terra, the Album was a colorful and intricate design. The overall reaction was extremely positive from classmates, professors, and online interaction through websites like Behance.
