Biography/Work Experience

Peter Krämer studied visual communications at the Folkwangschule/University of Essen where he graduated as Diplom Designer. Working as freelance illustrator since 1982, he started with airbrush and then moved into digital graphics in 1995. During the last years 3D applications have got an important part of his workflow. Subject of his work are every day objects and technical details. Frequently he does illustrations for annual reports and brochures. „ What I like about this is that it mostly means a small series of images under a coherent concept .“ Beside his commercial illustrations he regularly brings out his large-sized artworks. Peter Krämer lives and works in Düsseldorf.
